Prices are per week

In winter the apartment can only be booked for the whole season.
Please send us your online inquiry for the desired period and we will send you our non-binding offer.
General terms and conditions
- The apartment is available from 3.00 p.m. on the arrival day and until 10.00 a.m. on the departure day
- Arrival and departure desired on Saturday
- Please understand that we do not allow pets
- Possibility to use the washing machine during your stay for a fee
- The tourist tax of €1.75 per person and per day for all guests over 14 years is not included in the price
- Final cleaning (basic cleaning has to be done by the guests. In case the basic cleaning has not been done, we charge an extra €50.00 for the final cleaning)

- Val Gardena Mobil Card, which allows you to use all the buses and trains in South Tyrol free of charge.
- Free Wi-Fi internet
Cancellation terms
The reservation is binding upon receipt of your deposit payment and our written confirmation. In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded.
